How should I care for my Home Club Socks? 

We recommend washing your socks on delicate, inside out, with like colours. We also recommend keeping your socks out of the dryer to protect the delicate fibers.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from our head office located in Sherbrooke, QC. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within two business day. Canada Post usually delivers within 3-5 days across Quebec and can take up to 10 days for deliveries across Canada.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $60. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.

What is your warranty policy?

Home Club Socks warrants to those consumer who purchase the Home Club Socks products directly from homeclubsocks.com for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase

This warranty covers normal use only of the Products. Home Club Socks will not assume responsibility for any failure of the products incurred by misuse, abuse or neglect. We are not responsible for damage as a result of tag removal and will not replace any socks with this issue. Please be careful when removing the tags.

Defective Products will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Home Club Socks. Any replacement will be for the same style and size of the returned defective Products.

Home Club Socks shall not be liable for any direct, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages even if it has been advised of possibility of such damages.

What is your return policy?

You can return your socks within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. In order to be processed, socks must be unworn and still have the tags attached. 

Can I return items purchased at a retailer?

We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased online at homeclubsocks.com. If you made your purchase from a retailer you will please need to make your return with them.

Do you offer free shipping on returns?

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.

How do I send back a return?

Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. Please email us at support@homeclubsocks.com to receive detailed instructions on returning your order.
